So Good It Hurts: SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE MATRIX
Soooooooo Awesome. I love this stuff. Now I just need the Fight Club Mashup.
Just saw this one now. Scott Pilgrim Vs The Last Airbender. Not as awesome as the Matrix, but still pretty alright.

Now that Brad Pitt has decided to start on Aurthur Brooks World War Z
(seriously, great book BTW), how long until we see the first Zombie Fight Club mashups? The movie doesn't come out until 2012 so we may not see anything until mid 2011 when the movie's PR engine kicks in.Comic-Con is barely underway in San Diego and we already have some big news from the show floor!
While chatting up "World War Z" author Max Brooks at the booth for comic publisher Avatar Press, the writer confirmed to MTV News that the adaption of his novel about the zombie apocalypse is not only moving forward, but Brad Pitt is now officially attached to star in the film. Additionally, Brooks revealed that Paramount has optioned the movie rights to two more of his projects: "The Zombie Survival Guide" and "The Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks" graphic novel.
More from books Aurthur Brooks (all of which are rumored to be made into a movie if World War Z does well):
World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War
The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead
Will they please remake this movie? Please!
"My favorite thought-piece about Ferris Bueller is the “Fight Club” theory, in which Ferris Bueller, the person, is just a figment of Cameron’s imagination, like Tyler Durden, and Sloane is the girl Cameron secretly loves."

The Ultimate GenX Movie Mashup?
via The Daily Wh.at Dave MacDowell: “The Breakfast Fight Club”I was 17 when this movie came out, Jeremy was 15 and being big fans of the cartoon we were a little excited for the movie (although I was too cool to admit I cared very much). The best thing of course was that our little brother TJ, aged 7 now had a new nickname: TJ Mutant Ninja Turtle. A name he still wears proudly to this day.
Time's almost out for Jeremy's name your super power contest and it got me thinking. I have always loved super heroes (who doesn't) but ever since the Mystery Men, I have loved the concept of fake wannabe super heroes. This summer we get a double dose:
Woody Harrleson even gets in the act:
And lest you think I was going to leave you without a little Mystery Men
I don't know where I was in 2008 when Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog, or in 2009 when it won an EMMY. But while perusing the IMDB of Simon Helberg, the engineer on my favorite show Big Bang Theory, I found the title and had to watch it. Fortunately it was made for the internet and can still be found on the internet. I think it's absolutely amazing and is worth the i-tunes download just for posterity sake, if not for simply not watching 6 You Tube videos consecutively. But here they are in case you are either cheep or doubtful as I usually am. Also if you liked Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog you'll be happy to know they are talking about a second one. If you are in the Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog Fan Club or obsessed with Neil Patrick Harris, then I'm sorry to have waisted your time with no new information. But for those of you who missed this Jem, enjoy.
This makes every retro dork bone in my body hurt. I want these really bad. I'll wear them all the time and never take them off. Ever! [caption id="attachment_346" align="alignnone" width="560" caption="Star Wars Adidas"]
