Writing and Thinking

I wonder if it’s the same for everyone that writing helps inspire and inform your thinking. I know thoughts lead to words and words lead to actions but it seems like action then also lead back to more thoughts. It’s cyclical.   The best advice I ever got about being a writer is to just write. Start writing, write often and keep writing. If you’re stumped, write.
